Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using StreamSlip ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

StreamSlip is a web application that connects to your YouTube Music account to generate visual "receipts" of your listening history. The Service allows you to:

View your top tracks, artists, and genres from YouTube Music
Generate receipt-style graphics of your listening data
Download and share your generated receipts
Customize the appearance of your receipts

User Accounts and Authentication

To use StreamSlip, you may choose between two authentication methods:

1. Standard Access (Official API)

Uses Google's official OAuth flow. Limits data access to your Liked Videos only. This is the standard, restricted access method provided by YouTube's public API.

2. Full History Access

Uses a secure Device Code flow to generate a session that mimics the YouTube Music client. This grants StreamSlip read-only access to your full Watch History for the most accurate receipts.

By using either method, you must:

Have a valid Google account with access to YouTube Music
Grant StreamSlip permission to access your YouTube data
Be at least 13 years of age
Comply with Google's Terms of Service and YouTube's Terms of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use StreamSlip only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to access, probe, or test the vulnerability of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
Use automated means to access the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.) without permission
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
Collect or harvest any personal information from other users

Intellectual Property

Your Content

The receipts you generate using StreamSlip are yours. You retain all rights to download, share, and use them as you see fit. Your YouTube Music data remains yours and is accessed only with your permission.

Our Content

StreamSlip, including its design, code, branding, and features, is owned by Try Raisins and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

Third-Party Services

StreamSlip relies on third-party services, including Google's YouTube API. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for any third-party services or their availability.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

StreamSlip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
Any defects in the Service will be corrected

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Try Raisins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Privacy

Your use of StreamSlip is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Data Access and Revocation

You may revoke StreamSlip's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings. Upon revocation, we will immediately delete your access tokens, though some data may remain in backup systems for a limited time.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Try Raisins and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may also terminate your use of the Service at any time by disconnecting your account and ceasing to use the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Try Raisins operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Attribution

StreamSlip is inspired by Receiptify, adapted for YouTube Music. StreamSlip is built by Try Raisins.
